My love of yoga began over 18 years ago whilst I was living in the South of France. Inspired by the beauty of the natural environment I felt drawn to the practise of yoga, it’s holistic approach and the way in which it encourages the cultivation of compassion towards the environment and towards one another.


I am a Yoga Alliance UK Accredited Yoga Teacher with over 7 years teaching experience.

I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation with emphasis on developing a deeper understanding of and connection to self.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Hatha Flow Yoga helps develop strength and flexibility in the body as well as being a form of moving meditation as each movement is synchronized with your natural rhythm of breath.

Yin Yoga is a soothing and revitalising practise based on traditional Chinese medicine. Through long-held postures, Yin stimulates the energetic ‘meridian’ lines in the body and works deeply into the connective tissues and fascia. My Yin classes combine postures with breathwork & meditation against a backdrop of soothing music for a fully immersive practise. A beautiful complement to our often busy lives.

Through practice and teaching I have become increasingly aware of the connection between body and mind, of how we can quiet the mind through the body and soothe the body through the mind.

I am certified in Indian Head Massage, Facial Massage & Acupressure Massage.

The practise of yoga cultivates a sense of inner calm and space, an anchor to the present moment which is important in our fast paced world.

I teach 1:1 & group yoga classes in Bath & online. Yoga Retreats in the South of France, Cornwall, Devon & the Cotswolds.
